Cryptographers, kids, and cats, too
We're taking over. "We" being the community of squid lovers, that is. In addition to yours truly, developmental biologist, add Bruce Schneier, Australian kids, and a cat (an unwilling acolyte, but we'll take 'em by force when necessary). I'd laugh maniacally at this point, but the Brotherhood of the Squid prefers to intimidate with a cold and implacable stare and a toothy tentacle strike out of nowhere.

One word: Squidbillies.
Granted, it's a compound word, but it's still a word. Sort of.

Count me in too - I'm semi-regular squid-blogging at Take It As Red, and at homepage.
That's a cuttlefish on my head btw, not a squid.#: Posted by Republic of Palau on 01/10 at 07:17 AM -
You might find an ally in Jeff Vandermeer also.
In "City of Saints and Madmen" he disserted quite at length on the subject.#: Posted by on 01/10 at 08:24 AM
